Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using the 92bat platform. By creating an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.
Key Principles
Only adults aged 18 or older — or the higher minimum required by the applicable licence jurisdiction — may open and operate a 92bat account. One account per person is permitted.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, time limits and game contribution rates. Terms are disclosed before opt-in. Abuse of promotional offers may result in account review.
Deposits are processed via supported payment methods. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification and are subject to the operator's published processing times and minimum/maximum limits.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 92bat ("92bat", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 92bat website located at 92bat.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of location. However, 92bat specifically directs its services and informational content toward adult users in Pakistan. Online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users are solely responsible for determining whether participating in online gambling is lawful in their own jurisdiction before using the Platform.
92bat does not hold a gambling licence issued by any Pakistani authority and does not claim to be regulated, endorsed or approved by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial body.

To open and maintain an account on the 92bat Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
92bat reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals who do not meet eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and any funds held in breach of these requirements may be forfeited.
Each individual user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the point of registration and ensure that your account details remain accurate throughout the lifetime of your account. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
92bat is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals or continued platform access are permitted:
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary or permanent restriction of your account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 92bat will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any unsecured channel. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
The Platform supports a range of payment methods as published on the deposits page from time to time. Payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah may be referenced on the Platform as contextual payment references familiar to Pakistani users. Reference to these providers does not constitute or imply any endorsement, affiliation, partnership or gambling-related support from those institutions. Users must independently verify whether their chosen payment method is available and compliant with applicable local regulations.
Minimum deposit amounts are as published in the Platform's cashier section. These may vary by payment method. Indicative figures may be presented in PKR for contextual reference.
Account balances are maintained in the currency selected at the time of registration. Currency conversion fees may apply where a deposit is made in a currency that differs from your account base currency.
All deposits must be funded from payment sources that legally belong to you. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 92bat reserves the right to reverse any deposit and suspend the associated account if there is reason to believe that a payment method does not belong to the registered account holder.
You are encouraged to use the deposit limit tools available in your account settings to manage your spending. Setting a deposit limit is a responsible and recommended step for all users.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed where the following conditions are met:
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are published in the Platform's cashier section. 92bat endeavours to process all approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes indicated, but processing may be delayed by KYC review, payment provider timescales or compliance checks.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified account held in your own name. 92bat reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties or levies that may be applicable to your winnings under the laws of your jurisdiction. 92bat does not provide tax advice and makes no representation regarding your tax obligations.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the point of opt-in or promotion landing page. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to real-money withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution percentages and expiry period will be stated in the individual promotion terms. As a general illustration, a bonus of PKR 1,000 subject to a 30x wagering requirement would require PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is established — however, actual requirements vary by promotion and must be confirmed at the point of claiming.
Any attempt to exploit, abuse or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, using multiple accounts to claim promotions multiple times or any other conduct reasonably determined by 92bat to constitute bonus abuse — will result in the cancellation of all bonus funds, voidance of associated winnings and may lead to permanent account closure.
92bat reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already accepted and in progress by an eligible user.
A wager is not accepted until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation of acceptance from the Platform. 92bat reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.
In the event of a manifest or obvious error in the display of odds, market information or event data — including but not limited to pricing errors resulting from a technical malfunction — 92bat reserves the right to void any affected wagers and return stakes. Winnings derived from palpable errors will not be honoured.
Where a sporting event — including Pakistan cricket fixtures, PSL matches, ICC tournament games or any other event — is cancelled, postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules applicable to that market, as published in the Platform's betting rules section.
In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time at the operator's discretion, including during critical moments of play such as wickets, video reviews or injury stoppages. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.
Maximum payout limits per event, per day and per market are published within the Platform's betting rules documentation and may vary by sport, market type and account tier.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, full investigation, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant legal authorities.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written consent of 92bat.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92bat and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Where a self-exclusion request is submitted, it will be processed in accordance with the responsible gambling procedures set out in Section 10 above and on our Responsible Gambling page.
92bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice where:
Upon termination for breach, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law and the specific nature of the breach.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its applicable gambling licence. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your own jurisdiction.
Users in Pakistan are reminded that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under Pakistani law. Participation is at the user's own legal risk and responsibility.
92bat reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
