Player Protection Tools
Every tool listed below is available to all registered 92bat users. You do not need to be in crisis to use them — setting limits from the start is simply good practice.
Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit into your account. Once a limit is set, deposits above the threshold are automatically declined. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing one requires a cooling-off period.
Define the maximum net loss you are comfortable with over a given period — daily, weekly or monthly. When your losses reach the threshold, betting activity is suspended for the remainder of the period, protecting you from chasing losses impulsively.
Set a maximum duration for each betting session. When time is up, you will receive an on-screen notification and be prompted to log out. This is especially useful during long cricket days or back-to-back PSL fixtures where sessions can stretch unnoticed.
Need a short pause without committing to full self-exclusion? Use the "Take a Break" feature to suspend your account for a fixed period — 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During this time you cannot log in, deposit or place bets.
Self-exclusion is a more permanent step. You can request an exclusion for a minimum period or on a permanent basis. Requests are processed promptly by our team. During self-exclusion, marketing communications are also suppressed and account reactivation is subject to a mandatory review period.
Enable periodic pop-up reminders that display your session duration and net result. You choose the frequency — every 15, 30 or 60 minutes. Each reminder invites you to decide consciously whether to continue or call it a day.
Setting Limits
Limits are the simplest and most effective responsible gambling tool available. Here is a straightforward breakdown of how each one operates on the 92bat platform.
Any reduction in a deposit, loss or time limit takes effect immediately. If you set a PKR 5,000 weekly deposit limit and then reduce it to PKR 2,000, the new limit applies from that moment forward.
Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the new, higher limit takes effect. This prevents impulsive decisions made in the heat of the moment from taking immediate effect.
Removing a limit entirely also requires the cooling-off period. You will be notified once the removal request has been reviewed. During the cooling-off window, the existing limit remains in force.
Daily limits reset at midnight. Weekly limits reset on Monday. Monthly limits reset on the first calendar day of each month. Any unused portion does not carry over to the next period.
